Existing Tenants

Phase 1 is now complete and includes a range of premier office buildings including Ireland’s largest single let building to Vodafone.  Other tenants include Merrill Lynch, Lease Plan, Volkswagen Bank Ireland, Centra and Baan Thai Restaurant.  A Bewley’s hotel is located on site and includes conference rooms and the highly popular Brasserie Restaurant.
