Treasury Holdings, the leading international property company, has been granted planning approval for its major development at Central Park, Leopardstown. Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council has granted permission for developments, amounting to an investment of over €188m, at Central Park, Leopardstown. It is expected that 1000 jobs will be generated during the construction phases of both projects.

Central Park is one of South County Dublin's most prestigious office addresses. It is well established with leading national and international companies choosing to locate their headquarters here, including Vodafone, Merrill Lynch, First Active and Vivas Healthcare. Obtaining permission for these two new blocks will further enhance the highly successful suburban development, which has established transport links, state of the art offices, restaurants, a hotel and modern retail and residential space. The high specifications set out are bound to be attractive to corporate occupiers who wish to create the perfect working environment to meet both their staff and business needs, he concluded.

The additional two blocks will comprise almost 345,000 sq ft of office space. Block G's dual core layout will allow for maximum tenant flexibility and will host up to four tenants per floor. The seven storey building is designed around a central atrium and has a sustainable design ethos. Block H is also designed to allow for maximum tenant flexibility. Central Park, which is strategically located beside the M50 between Sandyford and Leopardstown, offers a convenient out of town suburban location with excellent public transport links including easy access to the N11 and the Luas Green line. Central Park's own Luas stop is due to be operational in the summer of 2010. Construction on Block.
