Practical completion for Phase 1 has now been issued on Number One Central Park.

Practical completion for Phase 1 has now been issued on Number One Central Park.  Phase 1 works comprise the external envelope of the building together with the basement car park and associated external works.  The curved façade comprising of unitized elements and high performance glazing distinguishes the Number One from the Parks existing buildings.  The building also comprises a completed glazed canopy at main entrance and a cantilevered stair case projecting out over the main entrance water feature.

Work on Phase 2 (full completion) will commence once we have achieved a significant pre-let agreement.  In the mean time we continue to market the building and meet with prospective occupiers.
