Number One Central Park has been designed to comply with Part L of the 2005 Building Regulations Act. Part L relates to the policy regarding conservation of fuel and energy.

 

The building has also been designed in conjunction with the BCO Guide which sets out the criteria for which sustainable and user friendly offices are to be designed.
