Top restaurateur, Eamon Lancaster, has officially opened his new Baan Thai restaurant in the state-of-the-art Central Park business complex, Leopardstown Dublin. The launch was attended  by over 140 guests, including senior representatives of Treasury Holdings, representatives from businesses in Central Park, business associates, construction workers and close family. Lancaster established his first Baan Thai in Ballsbridge, 1998. This award-winning restaurant has earned the reputation of being one of the best Thai restaurants in Dublin. He is also part owner of Thai Garden in Galway and Blanchardstown.
